Update - Got the all clear from scans etc last week so all that is left now should be two weeks of radiotherapy and then 6 monthly checks so all is good.
Back on the golf course and about to start training again to lose the fat I put back on after 8 weeks sitting about doing feck all and comfort eating.
Heres the thing - I have been advised to stay off the heavy weights for a while so have decided to go along the route of installing a chinning bar and heavy bag at the side of the house. Those along with my kbs are the way I'm going and would welcome any suggestions to blast the fat off.
