Torn Trapezius

Missus has been at docs today, high level ogf pain in shoulder, difficulty breathing and lifting simple light objects, i.e coffee mug

doc has told her she has torn her trapezius

Anyone had any experience of this and any advice, particularly interested in the length of time to recovery!!

any help massivly appreciated!!
