How do I pay?

We accept all major credit/debit cards. You can order online or by telephone.

Our Sales Line is 07984 702648, and is staffed from 9am-5pm, 7 days a week. At all other times, you can leave a message and will be called back at the start of the next day.

We use a leading secure payment gateway to process debit and credit card payments. This is the leading independent payment system and is 100% secure - offering you complete security for your order. Payments will show as 'Nochex' on your bank/credit card statements.

We additionally accept Google Checkout and Paypal for card payments. Both are totally free for you to use, and offer unrivalled security for your purchase.

We can also accept cheques and postal orders. Obviously, this can delay the dispatch of items while we wait to clear the funds. You'll find address details to mail cheques to at the Checkout stage.

Bank Transfer is also available. You can use your existing online banking system (if you have one), or simply pay in money over the counter at any branch of Abbey National. Our account details will be shown at Checkout if you choose this option.

Delivery - Costs and Timescale

All UK Recorded Delivery postage is £2.00, whatever the size of the order.

UK Special Delivery is available at £6.00 per order.

USA/Worldwide postage rate is £6.00 GBP (approximately $11.74 USD)

Returns

Everything should get to you in A1 condition, but sometimes things go wrong. We'll make sure you're not out of pocket. Return any faulty item within 14 days of purchase for a full refund including your standard return postage, or exchange (stock levels permitting). We reserve the right to check for faults ourselves, and that the item must be returned with everything that came with it - packaging, warranties, instructions etc.

Your Right To Cancel

You have a legal right to a cooling off period when buying online. This means that you may return any item, in its original condition and with all packaging, within 7 days of receipt. You will receive a full refund by whichever means you originally paid. The item must be returned at your own expense. Obviously, if an item is faulty we will pay the return postage.
